Didn't you watch A Perfect World? Phillip is a boy about 3 or 4 years old... he was taunted by one of his kidnappers who told him he had a puny d**k and Phillip believed it. The other kidnapper Butch (played by Kevin Costner) reassured Phillip later that it was a "good size for a boy your age." And the innocent boy smiled and harm was undone... It's one of the most underrated movies out there.
no i didn't but it does sound they had a great writer who thought of of these details.. movies this days are often so hollow that watching one is like watching another :(
